Graduating Bachelor of Journalism, Editor Thieu An quickly became a familiar name in the field of programming. In 2014, Pham Thieu An participated in the audition and passed the position of Editor of Da Nang TV. But those successes are not "falling from the sky" but thanks to her efforts and striving.
Since she was a student, Thieu An has actively developed her MC talent. She participated in hosting programs from small to large scale to improve skills and gain experience. “When I was a student, I led many programs from activation to gala dinner. For me, it was valuable opportunities to practice and improve myself," she added.
Determining passion and realizing dream since she was a student has helped her quickly become a professional MC in Da Nang. “I don't want to stop myself at Event MC, becoming a new editor is my dream. Now I feel very happy when I can use my voice every day to convey messages and stories to people."
After nearly 6 years of working at Da Nang TV, now when recounting the entrance exam to the station, she still can't help but be moved "At that time, I went through 4 rounds of competition, including: appearance round, editor, news presenter and field presenter. I especially remember the day of the field test at the beach, the organizers assigned the candidate 4 words "Beach - My Khe - Forbes - Top". Then we have to quickly write a news and do presentation. I took the initiative to do my part first and everything went well.”
Efforts, grasping opportunities and perseverance every day have helped Pham Thieu An realize her dream of becoming a Editor. Even at the peak of her success, she is constantly developing herself. She was awarded the First Prize of the “4 An” City Competition by the Department of Information and Communications with "The 96.3 mhz Traffic FM Live Broadcasting Program". In 2017, she received the Third Prize of the City Journalism. Da Nang with the reportage "Orphan". In addition, she also received the 13th National Broadcasting Festival Bronze Award.

When Women Starts up
Not only fulfilling her own dreams, Editor Thieu An also wishes to develop a community of young people who are passionate about programming. Therefore, in June 2020, Da Nang Skills Training Academy DaNa Skills was officially established.

 “This is the “baby” that my partner and I have cherished for nearly 10 years. Although It was born late, but with careful preparation and enthusiasm for career transmission, I believe that the Academy will be a place to train generations of professional presenters, "said Thieu An.

However, starting a business is never easy, especially for women who develop by their own capacity. Because, a start-up is not just about opening a company or a store, but you have to develop and give value to the community. So when starting a business, what difficulties did Thieu An face? She confided: Time, health and bravery are what a woman needs if she wants to start a business. I think I'm brave and not afraid to fail. What I need is health to ensure I complete the heavy workload. And I also need to balance my time between work and family.
Whether in the position of Editor or CEO, Thieu An always puts her heart into each job and performs it in the most thorough manner. For her, success always requires effort, perseverance and self-belief. Along with that, a detailed plan for the future is also necessary to help each person get closer to their dreams.
