This study explores the problems of globalization in the post-Cold War era through the events of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research is conducted on the basis of the theory of globalization and the analysis of the Covid pandemic event. Research results show that globalization in the post-Cold War era lacks preparation, international solidarity and coordination to deal with the risks of a global crisis. The Covid-19 pandemic shows that the world needs to adjust to follow a humanistic globalization orientation and respect the environment instead of only caring about economic benefits.
